1) PURCHASE ORDERS :

Purchase orders can be sent via fax or e-mail. The order sheet must have the following details:
- Purchase order number with date.
- Quantity of garments ordered.
- Article number.
- Sketch, Measurements, Sizes & Size Ratio, Number of Styles and Colors.
- Fabrics, trimming & Packing details.
- Samples with color swatches/pantone numbers.
- Shipment date.
- Any other additional information needed to complete the order.
- An original purchase order must be sent via airmail once the order has been placed.
2) PRICE :

In US Dollars, EURO OR POUND STERLING ON FOB CHITTAGONG/DHAKA SEA/AIR, BASIS.
3) PAYMENTS :

By a confirmed irrevocable and transferrable letter of credit payable at sight through any private commercial bank in Bangladesh.
THIRD PARTY DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE ACCEPTABLE
4) DELIVERY DATE :
